Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This policy sets out the acceptable use of the PassCare platform. All users must comply with this policy when using the Service.
2. Permitted Use
- Completing assigned training modules and quizzes
- Viewing and downloading your own certificates and compliance reports
- Managing staff training records (organisation administrators)
- Verifying certificates using the public verification feature
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Sharing login credentials with other individuals
- Completing training on behalf of another person
- Fabricating, altering, or falsifying training records or certificates
- Attempting to access other organisations' data
- Circumventing security measures, access controls, or rate limits
- Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the platform
- Distributing, copying, or reselling training content
- Uploading malicious content or attempting to compromise the Service
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
4. Account Integrity
Each user must have their own account. One-to-one relationship between a person and an account is essential for the integrity of training records and compliance reporting. Shared accounts will be suspended without notice.
5. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in: warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, and/or reporting to relevant regulatory authorities (CQC, ICO). Falsification of healthcare training records may constitute a criminal offence.
